The purpose of this document is to outline the delineation of responsibilities between the organization responsible for providing direct end-user support with the AR System® Platform and the AR System® Development team.

Daily System Administration Tasks

In order to ensure the optimal performance of the AR System® application server, the members of the support organization should perform the following tasks on a daily basis.

• Validate Platform Stability
• Validate Data Archiving Process Stability
• Validate Stability of Integrations
• Log File Management

Weekly System Administrative Tasks

The following set of tasks should be performed by members of the support organization on a weekly basis.
